Paper Cup Classification:
Cold Cup:
① Food-grade pulp paper + inner and outer surface PE film + wax coating
② Usage temperature range of 0℃-5℃
③ Used to store ice cream, cold drinks, iced coffee and other low-temperature beverages
Hot Cup:
① Food-grade pulp paper + polyethylene film
② Usage temperature range of 0℃-100℃
③ Used to store hot drinks
Note: The two cannot be used interchangeably, as they have different materials.
Pay attention to the sturdiness of the paper cup:
Choose a paper cup with a harder feel, to prevent it from collapsing during use (disposable paper cups can only be used once)
Fluorescent brightener:
Note: Do not choose a cup body that is too white. Identification method: If it appears blue under a fluorescent light, it indicates that the fluorescent agent exceeds the standard and should not be used.
further Ink: Generally, the surface printing on paper cups uses benzene-containing ink
①Choose paper cups with less printed patterns
②Choose paper cups with clear printing and no obvious color spots
③Choose paper cups with a 15MM print-free area from the cup body to the drinking position
④ Avoid choosing paper cups with a 10MM print area from the bottom to the cup body, to prevent the ink from being stained during stacking packaging (benzene-containing ink is a carcinogen)
High temperature:
Do not heat paper cups in a microwave oven environment to prevent harmful substances from decomposing.
